. CLICK HERE TO SUPPORT OUR SPONSORS!! A Word From the New HSA President...Another school year is about to begin, and the Blessed Sacrament community has much to be proud of. It is my honor to take over as the new HSA president for next year. I know so many wonderful staff members and parents already, and look forward to the new friends I will make. I’ve also spent time here as a substitute teacher, so I know just about every member of the group we all work so hard to make successful: our students. It takes an enormous amount of work to coordinate fundraising, community building, and the many other things that make Blessed Sacrament such a great school. The HSA is charged with many of these duties, and I must take time to say THANK YOU to the Board and to every single person who has volunteered this year. You have all made this school a place where children can flourish. In particular, I would like to thank Janet Kinneberg for her tireless efforts, countless hours, and her unbelievable “can-do” attitude. She has been slowly passing the reins to me, and I can see already that it will be difficult to match her grace. The HSA accomplished so many wonderful things this year. They held fabulous events, the website is incredible, and they helped to generate much-needed funding for our school. The Board is already working hard on next year’s calendar and planning events in the beginning of the year, such as the Golf Tournament, the Back-to-School nights, and the Newcomer’s Barbeque. Thank you to all the members who stayed on the Board for next year, and to those who are new (like me!). I can’t wait to work with all of you. Every single person in our school community has something valuable to contribute. Sometimes a passing thought or action grows to be a tremendous asset. The HSA website has made it easier than ever to submit your bright ideas, questions, kudos, and concerns. Send them to
